Achieving wellness is not just something physical. Wellness includes physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and relational heath. All aspects need to be addressed.

People all have different ways to stay healthy. Mental health can be affected by stress, constant noise or stimulation, being around difficult people, or trying to attend to others needs while neglecting your own.


Decreasing stress is different for everyone. Being alone, being around others, going somewhere for a vacation, hiring a housekeeper, going for a drive, or even reading a book. Distractions from the normal every day routine can help decrease stress and promote mental health. Even small things like reading a book or watching your favorite movie can be helpful.


Remember take care of your mental health on a daily basis by enjoying some of your favorite activities or destressing comforts. In the case of significant mental health worries, please remember to see a professional for more in depth assistance.
